Judit Hernádi
Judit Hernádi (born April 11, 1956, Budapest) is a distinguished Hungarian actress and recipient of the prestigious Jászai Mari Award, recognized for her significant contributions to the arts.
Born to pediatrician Árpád Hernádi and Agnes Szvoboda, Judit graduated from the Academy of Drama and Film in 1978, marking the beginning of her illustrious career at the Vígszínház. Since 1986, she has worked as a freelance artist, with a brief tenure at the Művész Színház from 1992 to 1994. Renowned for her unique voice, she has lent her talents to nearly 300 films as a beloved voice actress. In addition to her film work, Judit is a familiar face in various political and social satire shows, including "Heti Hetes," "Gálvölgyi Show," "Bajor Show," and "Szeszélyes évszakok."
At the age of 17, she married with guardianship permission, but her marriage ended two years later while she was still a student. She later had a daughter, Zsófia Rebeka Tarján, with opera singer Pál Tarján. Judit shared a long-term relationship with László Görög until their separation in 2003.
In 2009 and 2011, she served as a judge on the talent show "Csillag születik." Her daughter, an accomplished graphic designer and singer, has been part of several musical projects, including the band HoneyBeast since 2012. In April 2010, mother and daughter performed together in the play "Egy színésznő lánya," based on István Verebes's book about Judit.
