Hanani Taylor

Hanani Taylor, known in the entertainment world as "Hana Ni," was born on June 16, 1998, in Columbus, Ohio. Her journey in the arts began at a remarkably young age, as she started performing publicly at just three years old. By the age of eight, Hanani had already made her mark, winning significant singing and acting competitions in Dallas, Texas, and making her acting debut.

Her talent caught the attention of national audiences when she appeared on "Showtime at the Apollo" as a promising young star and later participated in "American Idol" at 15, impressively placing among the top 100 out of 125,000 auditioners nationwide. In 2013, she was crowned Miss T.E.E.N Ohio, further establishing her presence in the entertainment industry.

Hanani's notable television appearances include guest roles on CBS's "Criminal Minds," FOX's "The Orville," and ABC's "Speechless." In 2016, she starred in the feature film "Raise Your Hand" and launched her own production company. That same year, she secured a recurring role in Verizon's "Mr. Student Body President."

In 2017, she performed as the opening act for well-known R&B artists and directed her own feature film, "Rosehill Dwelling." Her debut album was released in early 2018, followed by "Everything is Temporary" in January 2021. Hanani continued to expand her filmography with roles in the upcoming adaptation of "Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe" and Nickelodeon's "Fantasy Football."
