Gordon Rollings

Gordon Charles Rollings (April 17, 1926 – June 7, 1985) was a notable English actor whose versatile talents graced television, stage, and film. Born in Batley, West Riding of Yorkshire, he began his artistic journey in radio while in Israel. His life took a dramatic turn during his service in the British Army, as part of the Palestine Mandate, when he was wounded by a sniper from the Stern Gang.

After his military service, Rollings pursued a unique path in the performing arts, training as a clown in Paris, where he made his mark with the renowned Medrano Circus. This experience honed his skills in performance, leading him to transition into television, where he became a familiar face.

Throughout his career, Rollings showcased his talents in various television series, earning recognition for his performances.
