Éric Boullier, born on November 9, 1973, in Laval, France, has established himself as a significant presence in the world of motorsport management, especially within Formula 1. He earned his degree from the Institut Polytechnique des Sciences Appliquées, focusing on aeronautics and spacecraft engineering. Boullier commenced his career in the early 2000s at the DAMS racing team, where he held the roles of Managing and Technical Director.
