She made her debut with the organization in 1996 and quickly rose to fame, engaging in notable rivalries with wrestlers like Luna Vachon and Jacqueline. Sable achieved a significant milestone by becoming the second WWF Women's Champion following the title's reinstatement.

After her departure from WWE, she pursued legal action against the company, filing a $110 million lawsuit that alleged sexual harassment and unsafe working conditions. In 2003, Sable made her return to WWE, where she reignited her presence through a storyline feud with Torrie Wilson and a controversial role as Vince McMahon's mistress. However, she left the organization again in 2004 to focus on her family.

Beyond wrestling, Sable is celebrated as a sex symbol and has graced the cover of Playboy magazine three times, with the April 1999 issue featuring her becoming one of the publication's best-selling editions. Additionally, she has made guest appearances on various television shows, including "Pacific Blue," and showcased her acting talents in films such as "Corky Romano."
