Charlie Bean

Charles James Bean, born on August 10, 1970, is a distinguished American filmmaker, animator, storyboard artist, and voice actor, celebrated for his contributions to the animation industry. He gained widespread recognition as a co-director of *The Lego Ninjago Movie*, collaborating with Paul Fisher and Bob Logan. Bean's talents also shone through in his role as director and executive producer of the animated series *Tron: Uprising*.

Before his directorial successes, Bean honed his skills as a storyboard artist on numerous iconic animated shows. His impressive portfolio includes work on *Dexter's Laboratory*, *Samurai Jack*, *The Powerpuff Girls*, *I Am Weasel*, and *Cow and Chicken*. He further showcased his expertise as a director and storyboard supervisor on *Robotboy*.
