Christopher de Leon

Christopher Strauss de León, born on October 31, 1956, is a prominent Filipino film actor and politician. He hails from a family rooted in the entertainment industry, being the son of renowned actor-director Gil de Leon and actress Lilia Dizon. De León gained widespread recognition through his appearances on the popular gag show "Going Bananas" and has an impressive filmography, featuring over 120 movies since the 1970s. Often referred to as the King of Philippine Drama, he has delivered memorable performances in significant films such as "Tinimbang Ka Ngunit Kulang" (1974), "Ganito Kami Noon... Paano Kayo Ngayon?"
