Saara Pius (née Saara Kadak; born September 20, 1990) is a talented Estonian actress and singer known for her work in stage, film, and television.

Born in Tallinn, Saara began her education at Katleri Primary School (1997-2000) and continued at Audentese Private School from 2000 to 2006. She completed her secondary education at Tallinn 32 Secondary School, graduating in 2009. Following her passion for the arts, she enrolled in the University of Tartu Viljandi Culture Academy's Department of Performing Arts, where she earned her degree in 2013.

Saara gained prominence with her role as Liisi in Ilmar Raag's impactful 2007 film Klass, which addresses the serious issue of bullying and its tragic consequences. The film garnered accolades at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival and the Warsaw International Film Festival, and it represented Estonia in the Best Foreign Language Film category at the 80th Academy Awards, though it did not receive a nomination.

In 2014, she portrayed Bianka in Mihkel Ulk's drama Nullpunkt, alongside her future husband, Märt Pius. Four years later, she starred as Ingrid in the comedy Lõbus perekond, directed by Mikhail Pogosov. Saara has also featured in various short films.

Saara began a relationship with Märt Pius in 2015, and they welcomed their first child, a daughter named Susanna, on March 25, 2017. The couple married on June 9, 2019, and she adopted her husband's surname. Their son, Mihkel, was born on May 31, 2020. The family resides in Tallinn.
