Daniella Ferrante Perez Gazolla (August 11, 1970 — December 28, 1992) was a gifted Brazilian actress and dancer whose life was tragically cut short. The daughter of renowned soap opera writer Glória Perez, Daniella married fellow actor Raul Gazolla, further intertwining her personal and professional life with the entertainment industry.

From a young age, Daniella displayed a passion for the arts, beginning her dance training at just five years old. Her talent led her to perform with one of Rio de Janeiro’s premier dance companies, “Vacilou, danced.” Her television debut came when she portrayed a tango dancer in the Japanese soap opera Kananga on Rede Manchete, where she met her future husband, Raul. In 1990, the couple wed, and Daniella's career began to flourish.

That same year, she joined the cast of Rede Globo's Barriga de Aluguel, a project penned by her mother, where she earned her first significant role as Clô, a ballerina at the iconic Copacabana Café. Her performance captured the attention of director Dennis Carvalho, leading to her role in O Dono do Mundo as Yara, the sister of the lead character. Daniella later starred as Yasmin in the critically acclaimed De Corpo e Alma, her final project before her untimely death.

Known for her charm and talent, Daniella was poised to become Brazil's next beloved leading lady, a title once held by Regina Duarte. Her last appearance was in a Christmas special on December 25, 1992, where she portrayed Mary, mother of Jesus, alongside notable actors Cássia Kis Magro and Herson Capri.
