Pauly’s cinematic journey commenced with his role in Vineeth Sreenivasan's debut film, Malarvaadi Arts Club, in 2009. His breakthrough came with the romantic drama Thattathin Marayathu in 2012, which showcased his acting prowess. He gained further acclaim for his performances in a variety of genres, including the bilingual thriller Neram (2013) and the sports-drama 1983 (2014), demonstrating his range as an artist.
