Eken Mine

Eken Mine (峰 恵研, Mine Eken) was a prominent Japanese actor and voice actor, born on February 15, 1935, in Nagasaki Prefecture. He became a staple of the voice acting community in Japan, joining Theater Echo in 1961, where he honed his craft and contributed to various theatrical productions. Mine was married to fellow voice actress Hiroko Maruyama (丸山 裕子, Maruyama Hiroko), highlighting a deep connection within the performing arts.

Throughout his career, Eken Mine was particularly known for his work in dubbing Western films, bringing numerous international characters to life for Japanese audiences.
