Christopher Neame, born on September 12, 1947, in London, is an accomplished English actor with a diverse career spanning film and television. His cinematic journey includes notable roles in iconic productions such as the Hammer Horror classic *Dracula AD 1972*, the James Bond thriller *Licence to Kill* (1989), and the supernatural comedy *Ghostbusters II* (also released in 1989). He showcased his versatility in *Hellbound* (1994) and Christopher Nolan’s acclaimed film *The Prestige* (2006).

On television, Neame gained prominence in the UK for his performances in two WWII-themed BBC dramas—portraying Lieutenant Dick Player in *Colditz* (1972–74) and Flight Lieutenant John Curtis in *Secret Army* (1977). He also guest-starred in the period drama *When the Boat Comes In* (1981) and took on the role of a psychopathic killer in the popular series *MacGyver* (1985).
