Eva Kübar

Eva Kübar, born on June 19, 1981, is a prominent Estonian filmmaker and a dedicated freelance cultural journalist. Her academic journey took her to the University of Tartu, where she focused on journalism and semiotics, laying a strong foundation for her career in the arts.

Kübar has made significant contributions to the film industry, participating in the production of seven student films. Her expertise led her to work as a casting director for the film "Karikakramäng." In 2017, she took on the role of first assistant director for the feature film "Paha lugu: Kokkulepe," directed by Andres Maimik, showcasing her growing influence in the field.

In addition to her film work, Kübar has made her mark in cultural journalism.
