Greg Wood

Greg Wood is a British actor, who was formerly known as Greg Milburn. He made his acting debut in the popular soap opera Hollyoaks, where he portrayed one of the bullies in the impactful storyline involving Luke Morgan's sexual assault. Following this, Greg gained recognition for his role as Terry Gibson, a drug dealer, in the now-canceled soap Brookside. His performance in Brookside earned him a nomination for Soap Villain of the Year, and he later reprised the role in the spin-off DVD titled Unfinished Business.

After his time on Brookside, Greg Wood continued to expand his acting career with appearances in productions such as The Courtroom, Casualty 1907, and he made two guest appearances in Emmerdale. He is also the brother of Matt Milburn, who portrayed Joe Spencer in Hollyoaks.

Most recently, Greg has taken on the role of Rick Neelan, a debt collector, in Coronation Street. He is in the running for the 'Best Villain' accolade at the upcoming British Soap Awards.

Notably, on April 14, 2010, Ofcom cleared Coronation Street of any wrongdoing after airing a scene in which Greg’s character, Rick Neelan, pushed a burning newspaper through a letterbox. Despite receiving 31 complaints alleging that the scene promoted criminal behavior, Ofcom determined that it was unlikely to incite crime or disorder.
