Zarema

Zarema is an accomplished American singer-songwriter and actress with roots in the Crimean Tatar community. Born in exile in Uzbekistan, she comes from a lineage that was forcibly displaced from Crimea. Her artistic journey began in Ukraine, where she earned a bachelor's degree in acting for dramatic theater and film from the National University of Theater, Film and Television in Kiev.

Fluent in multiple languages, including Russian, Turkish, Ukrainian, Crimean Tatar, and English, Zarema made her musical debut in late 2007 with her first album in Turkish, released through Sony BMG Music Entertainment Turkey. In 2008, she relocated to Los Angeles, becoming a member of AFTRA in 2009 and SAG in 2010. To hone her craft, she trained at the prestigious Stella Adler Acting Academy and worked with several renowned acting coaches. In 2012, she proudly became a U.S. citizen.

A significant milestone in her music career came in 2018 when she released the English-language single "Night Of My Life." This track was co-written and produced by the acclaimed Grammy-winning producer RedOne and distributed across various European record labels. Zarema continues to blend her diverse cultural background with her artistic talents, making her a unique voice in the entertainment industry.
