Davide Marotta, born on November 20, 1962, in Naples, Campania, Italy, is a distinguished actor recognized for his unique contributions to both film and television. Standing at 1.15 meters due to dwarfism, Marotta has carved out a notable career that showcases his talent across various genres.
His cinematic journey began in 1985 when he was cast by the renowned director Dario Argento as the deformed son of Frau Brückner in the film *Phenomena*. The following year, he continued to explore similar roles, appearing in Lamberto Bava's *Demons 2*. From 1987 to 1997, he gained popularity as the alien character Ciribiribì in a series of iconic Kodak commercials.
Marotta's significant breakthrough came in 2001 with his role in *The Return of Cagliostro*, directed by Daniele Ciprì and Franco Maresco. He further expanded his filmography with a notable appearance in Mel Gibson's *The Passion of the Christ* (2004), portraying the Antichrist as a child.
