Caroline Lindy

Caroline Lindy, a New York City native, embarked on her creative journey after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kenyon College. Relocating to Los Angeles, she channeled her enthusiasm for filmmaking into a diverse array of projects, encompassing short films, web series, music videos, commercials, and feature films.

Caroline gained recognition as a finalist in the prestigious Tribeca/CHANEL Women’s Filmmaker Program, a testament to her innovative storytelling and artistic vision. Recently, she signed on with Hound Content, enhancing her portfolio in the commercial realm.

Her latest short film, "Aspirational Slut," a bold and humorous romantic comedy, garnered significant acclaim by winning the Audience Award at the SXSW 2022 festival and earning a coveted Vimeo Staff Pick. This success highlights her ability to resonate with audiences through her unique blend of humor and authenticity.

In addition, Caroline received a grant from Women in Film in 2019, which enabled her to write and direct "Your Monster." This project has since evolved into a feature film, set to premiere at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival, marking another significant milestone in her burgeoning career. With each new endeavor, Caroline continues to push boundaries and redefine contemporary filmmaking.
