Ju Jingyi

Ju Jingyi is a prominent Chinese singer and actress who gained significant recognition as a member of the idol girl group SNH48. She was an integral part of Team NII until her departure in December 2017.

Throughout her time with SNH48, Ju consistently ranked highly in the group’s annual General Elections, securing the 4th position in 2014, followed by 2nd place in 2015, and achieving the top spot in both 2016 and 2017 out of more than 100 contestants. Transitioning into acting, she garnered acclaim for her performances in notable television dramas, including the historical romance "Legend of Yunxi" (2018), the mythological remake "The Legend of White Snake" (2019), and the contemporary series "In A Class of Her Own" (2020). Ju Jingyi's educational background includes a stint at The Attached Middle School of Sichuan Conservatory of Music, where she majored in violin before choosing to pursue her passion by auditioning for SNH48. Since 2014, fans have dubbed her a "once in 4000 years idol," a phrase that was mistakenly translated by the media to describe her as a "once in 4000 years beauty," further amplifying her fame and sparking both admiration and scrutiny.
