Megan Burns
Megan Burns, born on June 25, 1986, in Liverpool, England, is a talented musician and actress, also known by her stage name, Betty Curse. Her journey in the entertainment industry began at the young age of 11 when her grandmother enrolled her in acting classes. This early exposure led to her debut role in the film *Liam* in 2000, where her exceptional performance earned her the prestigious Marcello Mastroianni Award at the Venice Film Festival. Her talent caught the eye of renowned director Danny Boyle, who cast her as Hannah, a survivor in the acclaimed horror film *28 Days Later*.
Following her acting career, Megan transitioned to music, adopting the name Betty Curse. She launched her music career with a double A-side single, "Met on the Internet" and "Excuse All the Blood," on May 29, 2006. Her debut album, *Hear Lies*, was released on October 31, 2006, through iTunes. The CD version, titled *Here Lies Betty Curse*, followed in April 2007.
