Mouna Traoré

Mouna Traoré embarked on her acting career at the Young Peoples Theatre in Toronto, where she first discovered her passion for performance. She continued to refine her craft at the esteemed Interlochen Arts Camp and the Etobicoke School of the Arts. Traoré graduated from the University of Toronto, earning a degree in Caribbean Studies, complemented by minors in African Studies and Buddhist psychology. Following her academic pursuits, she spent a short time in Berlin, where she explored opportunities in modeling.

Mouna has made a name for herself in the television industry with notable appearances in popular shows such as "Rookie Blue," "Murdoch Mysteries," and "The Umbrella Academy." Her talent shines brightly in her role as Marlene Massey in the 2022 CBC mini-series "The Porter," which highlights her dynamic range as an actress. Traoré continues to captivate audiences with her performances, showcasing her dedication to the craft and her diverse background.
