**Gregory M. Mitchell: A Journey from Detroit Dreams to Hollywood**

Gregory M. Mitchell grew up in the vibrant yet challenging environment of Detroit, Michigan, nurtured by his devoted mother. From a young age, he was captivated by films and television, often envisioning a future as a Hollywood actor, inspired by his distant cousin Richard Roundtree, famously known as “Shaft.” Despite these aspirations, the realities of his surroundings led him to prioritize academics and athletics, shaping his resilience and determination.

After relocating to Fort Pierce, Florida, to be closer to his grandmother, Gregory experienced a transformative high school period that broadened his outlook on life. This coastal town allowed him to shift his focus from survival to ambition, where he nurtured a burgeoning interest in entrepreneurship. Upon graduating, he moved to Atlanta to pursue a degree in Electronics Engineering, which propelled him into a successful career in both corporate and non-profit sectors.

Over two decades, Gregory launched and managed several businesses, establishing a reputation that enabled him to travel the globe and forge valuable connections. In July 2016, he sold his marketing agency and decided to chase his long-held dream of acting, embarking on this new chapter just before turning 50. Today, Gregory continues to pursue his passion for the arts, proving that it’s never too late to follow one’s dreams.
