Kong Lin

Kong Lin (Chinese: 孔琳; originally Kong Linglin; born January 5, 1969) is a prominent Chinese actress, producer, art director, and semi-rock-pop singer. Hailing from Hangzhou, Zhejiang, she currently resides in Beijing, Jilin.

Kong Lin is celebrated as one of the standout graduates of the Beijing Film Academy, where her remarkable talent and versatility were quickly recognized. Even before completing her studies, she was actively involved in significant film projects, including her notable role in Zhang Yimou's acclaimed 1991 film, *Raise the Red Lantern*.
