David Gordon Green
David Gordon Green is a prominent American director and screenwriter. He is known for his compelling dramas, having helmed films like George Washington, All the Real Girls, and Snow Angels, alongside the thriller Undertow, all of which he either wrote or co-wrote. In 2008, Green shifted gears to explore comedy, directing works such as Pineapple Express, Your Highness, and The Sitter, in addition to contributing to the HBO series Eastbound & Down.
In 2013, he made a return to his dramatic origins with the independent films Prince Avalanche and Joe. Following that, his directorial projects included Manglehorn, Our Brand Is Crisis, and Stronger, along with episodes of the comedy-drama series Red Oaks, where he also takes on the role of executive producer.
