Tamsin Egerton
Tamsin Egerton began her acting journey at the tender age of six, inspired by her older sister, Sophia, who was active in a local youth theatre. Tamsin expressed, "The whole reason I'm acting now is because I wanted to be doing what my big sister was doing." By the age of seven, she made her stage debut in a Royal Shakespeare Company musical adaptation of *The Secret Garden*, portraying the character Mary.
Egerton's film career includes notable roles such as Sarah in *Driving Lessons* (2006), featuring Rupert Grint, and Flora in *Knife Edge* (2008). Her performance in *Keeping Mum* (2005) as Holly Goodfellow drew attention when she appeared topless at just 16 years old. Although she was originally cast as Katrina in *Eragon*, her scenes were ultimately cut from the film’s final edit.
On television, she played Princess Elenora in the children’s series *Sir Gadabout: The Worst Knight in the Land* and portrayed a young Morgaine in the 2001 mini-series *The Mists of Avalon*. Egerton has also showcased her talent on stage, returning to the RSC for *The Secret Garden*.
In 2009, she appeared in *St. Trinian's II: The Legend of Fritton's Gold*. The following year, it was announced that she would take on the role of Guinevere in Starz's adaptation of *Camelot*, sharing the screen with stars like Joseph Fiennes, Eva Green, and Jamie Campbell Bower.
