Helene Stanton, originally named Eleanor Mae Stansbury, was born on November 4, 1925, and passed away on June 7, 2017. She made her mark in the entertainment world as both a singer and actress. Stanton's journey began on the operatic stage with the Cosmopolitan Opera Company in Philadelphia, where her vocal talents flourished. Transitioning to Hollywood, she embraced the world of popular music.

In 1949, Stanton entered into marriage with silent film star Ken Harlan, but the couple parted ways just four years later in 1953. Her big break came after she was discovered in Las Vegas, leading to her role in the film The Big Combo, which prompted her relocation to Los Angeles to fully commit to her acting career. Throughout the mid-1950s, she appeared in various films, sharing the screen with notable actors like Johnny Weissmuller, Arthur Franz, and Tom Drake. Her final film role was in 1956 alongside comedian Ben Blue, after which she decided to retire from acting in 1957.

That same year, Stanton married Morton Pinsky, and together they welcomed two children, including renowned doctor Drew Pinsky. Their marriage lasted over five decades until Pinsky's passing in 2009, marking a significant chapter in her life as a devoted wife and mother.
