Wu Tianming

Wu Tianming (December 5, 1939 – March 4, 2014) was a multifaceted figure in the Chinese film industry, recognized for his roles as a director, screenwriter, actor, producer, and art director. His journey into filmmaking began in 1974 when he joined the film directing program at the Central May 7th University of the Arts, which later evolved into the director training class at the Beijing Film Academy.
