Doug Clifford

Doug Clifford is an esteemed American rock drummer, recognized primarily for his role as a founding member of the iconic band Creedence Clearwater Revival (CCR). Born on April 24, 1945, in Palo Alto, California, Clifford's passion for music blossomed at an early age. He began his musical journey with high school friends, which eventually led to the formation of CCR in 1967 alongside John Fogerty, Tom Fogerty, and Stu Cook.

During their active years, Creedence Clearwater Revival achieved monumental success, releasing a series of hit albums that solidified their place in rock history.
