Ishita Dutta

Ishita Dutta is a talented Indian actress who has made her mark in both film and television, particularly recognized for her performance in the popular TV series Ek Ghar Banaunga. Born and raised in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, in a traditional Bengali Hindu family, she is the younger sibling of renowned actress Tanushree Dutta, who gained fame as the winner of the Femina Miss India title in 2004. Ishita completed her education at D.B.M.S. English School in Jamshedpur before pursuing Media Studies in Mumbai.

Her acting journey began with the Telugu film Chanakyudu in 2012, where she starred alongside Tanish. Although she and her sister were slated to work together in the film Yenidu Manasali, directed by Shrikanth H.R. and produced by Niyaaz Ahmed, the project unfortunately remained unfinished and unreleased.

Ishita's breakthrough came in the television arena with her leading role in Ek Ghar Banaunga, which garnered her significant recognition. She made her Bollywood debut in the 2015 thriller Drishyam, where she portrayed the character of Ajay Devgn's daughter, sharing the screen with prominent actors such as Tabu and Shriya Saran. Through her diverse roles, Ishita Dutta continues to establish herself as a promising figure in the Indian entertainment industry.
