Chloe Howman, born in 1978, is a talented English actress known for her diverse roles in television dramas. She is the daughter of renowned actor Karl Howman. Chloe made her acting debut at a young age in 1986, sharing the screen with her sister, Katy-Jo, in their father's popular sitcom, Brush Strokes.

Following her training at the prestigious London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art (LAMDA), Chloe transitioned into adult roles, making a significant mark in the television industry.
