Nina Toussaint-White, born in 1985, is a talented English actress known for her dynamic performances in both television and theater. She gained prominence in 2009 when she took on the role of Syd Chambers in the long-running BBC One soap opera EastEnders, where she portrayed a new romantic interest for the character Bradley Branning until her exit later that year. Prior to this, she had made her professional debut in a 2007 episode of the medical drama Casualty and subsequently appeared in the police procedural The Bill.

Raised in Plumstead, southeast London, Toussaint-White honed her craft at the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in Clapham, completing a rigorous three-year BA acting program. Following her stint on EastEnders, she featured in the iconic sci-fi series Doctor Who in the episode "Let's Kill Hitler," which aired on August 27, 2011, and took on the role of Mattie Grace in Holby City in 2012. That same year, she was cast in the supernatural drama Switch, alongside her former EastEnders co-star Lacey Turner.

In addition to her television work, Toussaint-White has made a mark in theater, notably in the 2015 production of The Etienne Sisters at Theatre Royal Stratford East, which earned her a nomination for Best Performance in a Musical at the 2016 UK Theatre Awards. She also appeared as Jane in the revival of The Libertine at Theatre Royal Bath in September 2016, showcasing her versatility and commitment to the arts.
