Rachel Khan

Rachel Khan, born in 1976, is a multifaceted French actress with a rich cultural heritage, having a Gambian father who taught English at the university level and a French mother of Polish Jewish descent who worked as a bookseller. Renowned for her athletic prowess, Khan excelled in track and field, becoming the French champion in the indoor 60 meters and securing the title of vice-champion in the 80 meters. Her athletic career reached new heights when she joined the French national team in 1993, culminating in her victory at the French 4x100-meter championship in 1995.

In addition to her sporting achievements, Khan pursued academic excellence, earning a DESS in human rights and humanitarian law from Assas, as well as a DEA in international law from Paris II. Her passion for culture led her to a significant role in 2009 as a cultural advisor in Jean-Paul Huchon’s office. While balancing her responsibilities in public service, Khan has also continued to develop her acting career, showcasing her talent in various performances.
