Jill Whelan

Jill Whelan is an American actress renowned for her portrayal of Vicki Stubing, the beloved daughter of Captain Stubing, in the iconic television show The Love Boat.

In addition to her memorable role on The Love Boat, Whelan has made several guest appearances across various television series, including two appearances on Fantasy Island, as well as roles in Vegas, Trapper John, M.D., Matt Houston, and Battle of the Network Stars. In late 1979, she garnered attention for her performance as Lisa Davis, a heart patient, in the classic film Airplane!

In 2013, Whelan teamed up with Brian Phelps to co-host The Brian and Jill Show. Their shared passion for improvisational comedy has led them to develop hundreds of unique characters, which they have showcased on stage during live improvisation performances and in sketches featured on their podcast. Through this collaboration, Whelan continues to demonstrate her versatile comedic talent and dedication to the craft.
