Sonia Dhillon Tully
Sonia Dhillon Tully is a talented Canadian actress and fitness instructor, widely recognized for her performances in notable projects such as "Wedding Season," "Locke & Key," and "The Changeling." Born and raised in Toronto, Sonia made her acting debut in the early drama series "Side Effects," portraying the character "Attendant" in the episode titled "Father Knows Best." She pursued her passion for the arts by earning a Fine Arts degree from York University, which set the foundation for her diverse acting career.
In 2000, Sonia took a significant turn in her life and career by immersing herself in the study of classical yoga. She earned a Bachelor of Education in Yoga from Brahmrishi Yoga Training College, affiliated with Punjab University. Returning to Toronto in 2003, she began sharing her knowledge as a yoga instructor in a private practice. Her passion for yoga led her to create and host "Intimate Yoga," a yoga-focused TV series that aired on SunTV in 2005.
Sonia later expanded her expertise to become a certified personal trainer specializing in rehabilitation for brain injury survivors. After a brief hiatus from acting, she made a vibrant comeback in 2014 and has continued to thrive in the entertainment industry, showcasing her multifaceted talents and dedication to both performance and wellness.
