Denzell Dandridge
Denzell Dandridge, originally named Denzell Manning, is a talented American actor, model, and influencer hailing from Detroit, Michigan. Born in 1994 to Linda Moorlet and Dezvon Dandridge, he is the eighth child in a family of nine. Denzell's affinity for performance emerged early in his life, and he honed his skills while entertaining relatives throughout his childhood.
During his time at Bethune Cookman University, he made a pivotal decision to shift his focus from Criminal Justice to theater, successfully balancing his studies with a commitment to football. However, after his football career came to a close in 2017, he redirected his efforts entirely toward acting. Since then, he has built an impressive portfolio, featuring in over 20 films within a span of four years. Notable works include "Street Code Broken" and "Absence of Innocence," both released in 2022. Denzell has also made appearances in various music videos and fashion magazines, further establishing his presence in the entertainment realm.
In a nod to his heritage, Denzell adopted his stage surname to pay tribute to his great-aunt, the legendary actress Dorothy Dandridge. He remains committed to forging his own path in the industry while honoring the rich legacy of his family's contributions to entertainment.
