Sarah Kolasky
Sarah Kolasky is a versatile artist hailing from Toronto, known for her significant contributions to both film and performance. She made a remarkable impact in the industry with her feature film, Great Great Great, where she served as producer, co-writer, and lead actress. This film garnered numerous accolades, including Best Feature, Best Screenplay, and Best Performance in a Feature at the Canadian Film Fest. It was also nominated for a Canadian Screen Award for Best Original Screenplay and recognized by the Globe and Mail as one of the year's top ten Canadian films.
In addition to her work on Great Great Great, Sarah produced and performed in the short film LIAR, which premiered at the esteemed South by Southwest Film Festival in Austin, Texas. Her producing portfolio is further enriched by her involvement in projects for the Canadian Film Centre, as well as the short films A Small Thing, showcased at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) in 2008, and Cloudbreaker, which premiered at TIFF in 2006.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film Studies from Toronto Metropolitan University, previously known as Ryerson University, and is a graduate of the TIFF Talent Lab, reflecting her commitment to advancing her craft and the Canadian film industry.
