Wong Chi-On
Wong Chi-On is a former member of the popular Cantopop dance group EO2. Born in Luoyang, Henan, he spent his formative years in Shaanxi. In 1986, Wong began his academic journey at Wuhan University, initially enrolling in the Chemistry Department before transferring to the Political Academy the following year. After completing his studies, he embarked on a teaching career in 1991 at the Finance and Accounting School in Luoyang, Henan Province. By late 1993, he transitioned to the Department of Social Sciences at Inner Mongolia University of Technology.
In 1996, Wong's academic pursuits led him to Peking University, where he focused on modern Chinese history and earned a master's degree in 1998. Following his graduation, he joined China Central Television (CCTV) as a reporter in the News Review Department, contributing significantly to programs such as "Oriental Time and Space." His versatile media career has seen him take on roles as a reporter, editor, and planner for various influential segments including "Time and Space Report," "Direct Field," and "Time and Space Connection." Wong's dedication to journalism and education highlights his diverse talents and contributions to both fields.
