Robinson Díaz
Robinson Díaz, born in Envigado in 1966, is a distinguished Colombian actor whose career spans several decades. His passion for acting ignited during his teenage years at the INEM school in Medellín, where he formed a theater group with friends, performing works by notable authors like Carlos José Reyes and Luis Enrique Osorio. Driven by his ambition, he moved to Bogotá to enroll in the National School of Dramatic Art (ENAD), graduating with a master's degree in performing arts in 1991.
Since then, Díaz has made his mark in over 25 theatrical productions, showcasing a versatile repertoire that ranges from Molière to Shakespeare, while also embracing contemporary national playwrights. His film and television credits exceed 35 productions, reflecting his unwavering commitment to the craft of acting. Notably, he spent two decades as an exclusive actor for Caracol Television from 1997 to 2014, featuring in acclaimed series such as *La mujer del Presidente*, *El Cartel de los Sapos*, and *El Señor de los Cielos*.
In 2019, Díaz transitioned to Telemundo, further broadening his reach in the entertainment industry. His exceptional talent has garnered numerous accolades both nationally and internationally. Currently, he collaborates with his wife, actress and producer Adriana Arango, in a theater adaptation of *La Dama de Negro*, while also participating in *Wenses y Lala*, directed by Adrián Vázquez, at the Casa E theater in Bogotá, where he resides.
