Bülent Emin Yarar was born in Ankara, where he developed a passion for theatre during his childhood, sparked by family outings to various performances. His stage career didn't begin until after he completed high school. Growing up with a father who played the violin, Yarar also cultivated an interest in music, which led him to enroll at Mimar Sinan University State Conservatory to study singing. While training in opera, he started his theatrical journey as an extra actor with the Turkish State Theatres, marking his debut in the production of Istanbul Efendisi.

Faced with familial expectations, he ultimately decided to pursue a degree in theatre, graduating in 1989. That same year, he joined the Diyarbakir State Theatre. His career progressed as he worked with the Istanbul State Theatre from 1994 to 1995.

Upon returning to Istanbul, Yarar directed notable plays such as Ada and Getto for Tiyatro Ti. In 1998, he took on a leading role in Jean Genet's The Balcony, followed by a starring role in a 1999 adaptation of Cyrano de Bergerac. He later collaborated with Oyun Studios, performing in Ermisler ya da Günahkarlar alongside well-known actors Haluk Bilginer and Senay Gürler. Alongside Isil Kasapoglu, he co-directed the play Mem ile Zin for Semaver Company.

In addition to his theatrical work, Yarar has also featured in various film and television productions.
