**Biography of HipHop Tamizha Adhi**

Adhi, born as Adhithya Ramachandran Venkatapathy on February 20, 1990, hails from a modest background. His father is employed at Bharathiar University, while his mother has agricultural roots. His musical journey began with Michael Jackson's "Jam," which sparked his passion for rap during his tenth grade. With a desire to share his creations, he began uploading his Tamil rap songs online, receiving encouraging feedback that motivated him to pursue music more seriously. To keep his passion under wraps from his father, he created a YouTube account named "Hiphop Tamizha," featuring an image of Tamil poet Subramania Bharati.

Despite his father’s initial resistance towards a music career and lacking formal training in music, Adhi pursued his education diligently, attending Chavara Vidya Bhavan and later earning a degree in electrical engineering from Bannari Amman Institute of Technology. He also holds an MBA from Madras University and was enrolled in a Ph.D. program at Bharathiar University as of October 2014.

In 2005, Adhi met Jeeva K.R.S., who would become his collaborator under the name "DJ Jeeva Beatz." In 2006, they released "Viswaroobam Arambam," a landmark mixtape that significantly contributed to the Tamil hip-hop scene. Their noteworthy single, "Ezhuvoam Vaa," was commissioned as the official anthem for Tamil Nadu’s 2011 elections. Although Hiphop Tamizha is a duo, Jeeva tends to remain out of the public eye, with Adhi likening his shyness to the unseen lion in the Indian emblem. Together, they have collaborated with various independent artists, solidifying their impact on Tamil music culture. The duo's logo prominently features a graffiti representation of Bharati, embodying their artistic roots.
