David Light

David Light was a prominent American actor who made his mark in the Philippines after relocating there in the 1970s. Throughout the 1980s, he gained recognition for both significant and minor roles in a variety of Filipino films, as well as in international projects shot in the country. Unfortunately, the decline of the film industry in the early 1990s marked the end of his acting career, with 1991 being the final year he appeared on screen.

Tragically, David's life was cut short in 2020 when he was fatally attacked in his Olongapo home by two assailants. At the age of 75, his untimely death shocked the community and left a lasting impact on those who remembered his work in film.
