He gained early fame as part of the bands the Herd and Humble Pie, showcasing his skills as both a lead guitarist and vocalist. Frampton achieved significant solo success with his iconic 1976 live album, *Frampton Comes Alive!*, which became a cultural phenomenon, earning 8× Platinum certification by the RIAA and producing hit singles such as "Show Me the Way," "Baby, I Love Your Way," and "Do You Feel Like We Do."

His collaborative spirit is evident in his work alongside rock legends like Ringo Starr, David Bowie, and members of Pearl Jam, including Matt Cameron and Mike McCready. Additionally, Frampton has made memorable appearances on popular television shows, including *The Simpsons* and *Family Guy*.

Born in Beckenham, Kent, Frampton was immersed in music from a young age. He began his musical journey at seven, self-teaching the banjolele, guitar, and piano.
