Chiwa Saito (斎藤 千和, Saitō Chiwa) is a prominent Japanese voice actress associated with I'm Enterprise. She has made a name for herself in the anime industry and is well-known for being part of the voice acting duo "coopee," alongside fellow voice actress Natsuko Kuwatani.
