**Biography of Jeremy Flynn**

Jeremy Flynn honed his craft at the prestigious Royal Academy of Dramatic Art from 1978 to 1980, where he trained alongside notable figures such as Sir Kenneth Branagh and Mark Rylance. Following his graduation, he collaborated with acclaimed director Deborah Warner in her production of ‘Woyczek’ and participated in touring performances of classics like ‘Macbeth’ and ‘The Trial’. His regional theatre credits include portraying George in Anthony Clarke’s adaptation of ‘Of Mice and Men’ at Birmingham Rep, Melchior in Tom Stoppard’s ‘On the Razzle’ at Leeds Playhouse, and roles in ‘Pericles’ at the Theatre Royal Stratford East.

From 1984 to 1988, Flynn was associated with the Royal National Theatre. His debut role was in Clifford Odets’ ‘Golden Boy’, directed by Bill Bryden, which earned him critical acclaim and a nomination for Most Promising Newcomer. He continued to impress at the RNT with key performances in Peter Gill’s ‘As I Lay Dying’ and Sir Peter Hall’s productions of ‘Anthony & Cleopatra’, ‘Cymbeline’, and ‘The Winter’s Tale’.

In the 1990s, Flynn took on leading roles in touring productions such as ‘The Caretaker’ and ‘Stones in His Pockets’. His film credits include ‘Schindler’s List’ and ‘Desert Lunch’. A notable achievement was co-founding the Globe Theatre Arts Foundation in Warsaw, where he directed and adapted works for Polish television. Additionally, Flynn is a qualified educator in Theatre Arts, sharing his expertise with aspiring actors.
