Her television career spans several decades, with appearances in classic series such as "Dixon of Dock Green" (1963), "Emergency - Ward 10" (1967), "Steptoe and Son" (1972), and "The Bill" (1989). Antrobus has also showcased her theatrical prowess on the West End stage, earning a London Theatre Critics’ Award for Best Supporting Actress.

In addition to her acting work, Antrobus has made significant contributions to radio, creating over 100 abridgments for BBC Radio 3 and BBC Radio 4, including works by authors like D.B.C.
