Chikao Ohtsuka (大塚 周夫) was a renowned Japanese voice actor celebrated for his diverse and memorable roles across various animated series and films. Born on June 15, 1935, Ohtsuka's career spanned several decades, establishing him as a prominent figure in the voice acting community. He gained significant recognition for his portrayal of Captain Hook in *Peter Pan no Bōken* and for bringing to life the cunning Dick Dastardly in both *Wacky Races* and *Dastardly and Muttley in Their Flying Machines*.

Among his notable performances, Ohtsuka voiced iconic characters such as Goemon Ishikawa XIII in the beloved *Lupin III* series, Nezumi Otoko in *GeGeGe no Kitaro*, and the villainous Professor Moriarty in *Sherlock Hound*.
