Magnus Samuelsson

Magnus Samuelsson, born on December 21, 1969, is a multifaceted Swedish talent known for his work as an actor, former strongman, and the champion of the 1998 World's Strongest Man competition held in Morocco. Following in the footsteps of his father, a former Swedish arm wrestling champion, Samuelsson made a name for himself in the arm wrestling arena, where he earned accolades as a European Arm Wrestling champion before transitioning to strongman competitions.

Throughout his illustrious career, Samuelsson made a remarkable impact in the World's Strongest Man contests, securing a spot in the finals on ten occasions between 1995 and 2007, and achieving podium finishes five times. His prowess in strength sports has cemented his status as one of the legends in the field.

In addition to his athletic achievements, Samuelsson ventured into acting. He was approached for a role in the acclaimed film Gladiator but chose to decline, believing the project might not meet his expectations. In 2009, he showcased his versatility by winning the Swedish version of Dancing with the Stars, triumphing over notable contestants like songwriter Laila Bagge.
