John J. Pistone

John J. Pistone is a multifaceted American talent, recognized as an actor, writer, director, and producer. Originally hailing from Arkansas, he has also called New York, Toronto, Florida, and California home throughout his life.

In the 1990s, Pistone made significant strides in the television industry by crafting and producing several series focused on consumer products. Notably, he launched Mejorando Su Hogar, the first home improvement show in Spanish to be broadcast in the United States, which enjoyed a successful five-season run.

Pistone is an alumnus of The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, where he honed his skills in performance and storytelling. He is also the founder and artistic director of Bold Theatre in Los Angeles. In March 2022, he premiered his first full-length play, Shut-Up, which he both wrote and directed, further establishing his presence in the theatrical scene.

Beyond his artistic endeavors, Pistone is a proud veteran of the United States Navy, having served in the Combat Camera Unit of the Pacific Fleet and participated in the Iraq War.
