Riho Sayashi

Riho Sayashi (鞘師里保) is a prominent Japanese dancer and actress, renowned for her dynamic performances and strong vocal abilities. She gained fame as a member of Hello! Project, joining the iconic girl group Morning Musume as part of the ninth generation. Sayashi quickly distinguished herself as the standout member among the 2011 recruits, becoming a central figure in the group following the release of her second single, "Only You." Her exceptional talent led the media to dub her the "absolute ace" (絶対的エース; zettaiteki ace) of Morning Musume., where she excelled as both a lead vocalist and dancer.

After an illustrious career, Sayashi graduated from Morning Musume at the close of 2015, taking a hiatus from Hello! Project to pursue further studies in language and dance overseas. By December 7, 2018, it was confirmed that her contract with UP-FRONT PROMOTION had ended, marking her official departure from Hello! Project. However, she made a triumphant return to the entertainment scene on March 30, 2019, appearing as a guest at Hello! Project's annual Hina Fes concert. Later that year, in June, she expanded her artistic repertoire by joining the kawaii metal group BABYMETAL as a supporting dancer, showcasing her versatility in the performing arts.
