Naveen Shankar

Naveen Shankar embarked on his professional journey in the media industry after leaving his engineering studies in 2009. He initially worked as a cinema news reporter for a local television channel, which laid the groundwork for his future endeavors. By 2012, he transitioned to becoming an anchor at Udaya Music (U2) TV channel, showcasing his versatility in front of the camera.

A passionate theatre and film actor, Naveen has been an integral part of the theatre community since 2010, performing with the Rajamarg Art, Culture and Drama Academy. Over the course of three years, he participated in more than 45 stage productions and engaged in 200 street plays aimed at promoting social awareness, collaborating with eight different production houses along the way.

In addition to his theatre work, Naveen has appeared in numerous television serials and short films, further diversifying his acting portfolio. His film career took a significant turn in 2018 when he made his cinematic debut in the cybercrime thriller, Gultoo, directed by Janardhan Chikkanna. The film not only marked Naveen's entry into the film industry but also featured notable actors such as Sonu Gowda, Avinash, and Rangayana Raghu in key roles. Naveen Shankar's dedication to his craft and ability to excel in various mediums has established him as a prominent figure in the performing arts.
