Thùy Anh made her mark in the entertainment industry at just 14 years old when she was cast as the lead in the television series *Gang of Four in Class 10A8*, marking her first encounter with director Nguyễn Hoàng Điệp. Her early career also included a role in the film *H’mong Sister*, directed by French filmmaker Jeff Wong, showcasing her versatility and talent.
In 2014, Thùy Anh reunited with Nguyễn Hoàng Điệp for the director's feature film debut, *Flapping in the Middle of Nowhere*, a project that further solidified her status as a rising star in Vietnamese cinema. Her performance in this film received critical acclaim, highlighting her ability to convey complex emotions and engage audiences.
